Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to addresses located in UK Mainland. We are working hard with our courier partners on solutions which will enable shipping in to Europe. As soon as this is available, we will be sure to keep you updated.
When can I expect my order?
Col & Jen ships to you using couriers including (but not limited to) Royal Mail. Depending on where you live and the delivery service which you have chosen, deliveries should take-
UK standard delivery-
This is a service which aims to deliver your order within 2 business days of dispatch.
UK Next Day Delivery-
This is a service which aims to deliver your order within 1 business day(s) of dispatch.
How long does dispatch take?
Orders placed by 12:30pm on business days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this will be processed and shipped the next business day.
What delivery service do you offer?
We offer two delivery services.

UK Next Day Delivery-This is a service which aims to deliver your order within 1 business day(s) of dispatch.
I purchased multiple items, will they be shipped together?
If all the items you ordered are showing as in stock on the website then they will ship together as one parcel.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase using Visa & Mastercard card. We also accept PayPal. We are working hard with our payment partner on developing our payment method offering. As soon as this is available, we will be sure to keep you updated.
How will purchases appear on my credit card statement?
Payments will appear as "COL & JEN" on your credit card statement.
